Although our story as a couple began in January of 2023, we had actually known each other for almost a year prior to dating. We initially met through Michael's little sister, with whom Elizabeth had become best friends. We would occasionally run into each other around campus, becoming friends ourselves, eventually developing an interest in one another.

When we began dating, we were both beginning our final semesters at Florida State University, Elizabeth for her bachelor's and Michael for his master's. Both looking to begin our futures outside of college, the perfection of the timing of this relationship soon became apparent. We both had encountered the same feeling the first few weeks of dating, that this relationship was not like any other, and it was clear that this was God's work.

We became engaged in July and currently reside in Atlanta, where Michael is an auditor for Ernst and Young and Elizabeth is a paralegal for Consilium.
